This Privacy Policy describes how DrumPro ("the App", "we", "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our mobile application. DrumPro is a virtual drum kit application for Android.
DrumPro does not require account creation, login, or registration. We do not directly collect names, email addresses, or other personally identifiable information from you.
The App may collect or have access to the following technical information:
DrumPro displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. AdMob may collect and process data — including your advertising identifier, device information, and approximate location — to show ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud.
This processing is governed by Google's own privacy policy and, where applicable, by the consent choices you make through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) when you first open the App. You can learn more and manage your ad personalization settings at: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://adssettings.google.com.
Some premium drum kits can be temporarily unlocked by watching a rewarded video ad. Watching an ad is optional and is only used to unlock content within the App — no personal data beyond standard AdMob ad-serving data is collected for this purpose.
If you choose to make a purchase (such as unlocking additional drum kits or a subscription), the transaction is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. DrumPro does not receive or store your payment card details. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for information about how Google Play processes payment information.
DrumPro may download additional drum kit sound packs and rhythm files from our servers and store them locally on your device so they can be played offline. Your kit preferences, unlocked content, and app settings (such as language) are stored locally on your device using standard Android storage mechanisms and are not transmitted to us.
DrumPro requests internet access in order to load advertisements and download optional drum kit content. The App does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, location services, or files beyond what is necessary to store downloaded kit content.
DrumPro is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising shown within the App is configured in accordance with Google's policies for apps that may be accessed by a general audience, including child-directed treatment where required by applicable laws (such as COPPA).
We do not sell your personal information. Limited technical data (as described above) is shared only with our advertising partner, Google AdMob, for the purpose of displaying and measuring advertisements, and with Google Play for processing in-app purchases.
Since DrumPro does not maintain user accounts, most data associated with your use of the App resides on your own device and can be removed at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing its data through your device's settings. You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of interest-based advertising at any time through your device's settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads, on most Android devices).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
